She was very professional, patient and incredibly accommodating. She took time to understand all of my requirements and ensured my portal provided all homes that fit my needs. I was able to see houses coming soon and she always got me in to see them on the first day. This was extremely important since offers were submitted on the first day in most situations. When there are question throughout the process she responds very quickly. When we were looking for a relator during or relocation process; quick emailing, texting and appointments were important and Liz executed all well!

We didn't quite have all our ducks in a row (weren't prequalified, were still debating WHETHER to buy, etc.) when we started working with her. Instead of dismissing us as real estate "tourists" (which a couple of other agents did), she took time to understand where we were "at".Then she gave us the time we needed to figure what we wanted and guided us through the process of buying our first home. Very good at hanging back and letting us explore/discuss various homes we considered privately. She does the unobtrusive-but-available thing well.The only time she rushed us, she was right to: we really liked a house, and she said we had to move fast. It sold the next day (to another bidder).Also, she never tried to steer us toward (or away from) one neighborhood or another. I have personal experience with agents who will use transparent "racial code" to try to appeal to racial anxieties I don't have and that I find distasteful. Liz Dixon didn't do this. She was a model of professionalism and ethical behavior in this regard.She helped us find others to work with (lender, title company, inspector, etc.) and we've been satisfied with all of them.She was available weekends and evenings, able to work around my sometimes difficult schedule. Quick responses to e-mails and texts: I don't recall ever waiting more than an hour for her to get back to us.She did well with the little personal touches, too. E.g. she arranged with the sellers to have my parents (in town for a visit) to come see the house after they accepted our bid.All in all, we had a very good experience with Liz and recommend her without reservation.
